Why do I get the error “Cloud Function: Validate Input” when creating new ads?

Error
This error means that you are missing some values or some of the entered values are in the wrong format. In 99% of the cases you will need to go to the spreadsheet tab “create” and make sure that the input is correct.
Solution
- Open the spreadsheet which is connected to Bulk Ad Creation automation
- Go to the tab create
- Make sure if you have an action selected in the column Edit or Create (if you are using a standard template, it’s column BM)
- Make sure that all the rows for which an action is selected contain all necessary fields (if you are using a standard template, it’s columns A-AA)
- Open up the hidden columns in AG
- Make sure that none of formulas contain an error. If one of the formulas contans an error, most likely the automation won’t work. In the stansdard template we are using array formulas, therefore, you need to make sure there is NO INPUT in the columns that contains an array formula after the row 3.
