Delay

By using the delay node, you can delay the trigger of a specific node & therefore decide how often you’d like to run a specific action/automation.

In the example below we want to get Facebook insights appended into a spreadsheet every 10 minutes.

Step 1:

We set the duration to delay the trigger to 10 minutes.

Step 2:

We delay the start of the Fetch Facebook Insights node by connecting the delayed socket.

Step 3:

We make sure the same action repeat after 10 minutes by connecting the last trigger to the start delay the start socket, in this example the Append Google Spreadsheet Rows node.
