We're thrilled to announce a series of updates that are set to elevate your experience with Kitchn.io, designed with an emphasis on speed, functionality, and usability. Let's dive into the technical details:

1. Performance Optimization

We've conducted a substantial overhaul of our backend infrastructure, including database migration and core application optimization. The result? A remarkable tenfold reduction in job waiting times, plummeting from 500ms to a mere 50ms on average. This means your workflow nodes now execute almost instantaneously.

2. Improved Error Messaging

We understand that comprehending error messages is crucial for troubleshooting. We've revamped our error messages to be more user-friendly, with a particular focus on TiKiLa. This enhancement ensures that error diagnostics are clearer and more actionable.

3. Enhanced Integrations

Our integration capabilities have received notable improvements:

  • Facebook Ad Account Permissions: You can now view user permissions for each Facebook ad account, simplifying access management.
  • Streamlined Access Control: Instead of manually selecting individual accounts, you can now grant access to all connected ad accounts for both Facebook and TikTok with ease.

4. Google Ads PMAX Support

We've taken the initial steps towards supporting Google Ads PMAX. You can now upload image assets to the media library.

5. User-Facing Data Stores

Data stores are now more accessible than ever. Upon logging in, you'll find them conveniently located under "Integrations" and "Automations" in the interface.

 

6. New Integrations

We're expanding our integration portfolio with three new additions:

  • Taboola: Content Discovery & Native Advertising
  • Outbrain: Native Advertising
  • Tableau: Incorporate custom analytics data from Tableau views into your automations (rules, alerts, reporting)

7. New Nodes

We've introduced several new processors (nodes) to bolster your capabilities:

  • Fetch TikTok Accounts IDs: Retrieve all connected TikTok account IDs effortlessly.
  • Fetch Automation Details: Gain deeper insights into your automation processes.
  • CSV & XML Parsing Nodes: Empower your workflows with CSV and XML parsing capabilities.
  • "Delete URL" and "Delete Integration URL" Nodes: Facilitate REST action DELETE operations effortlessly.

8. Enhanced Nodes

Our existing nodes have been refined to offer even more functionality:

  • TiKiLa: Now supports Lambda-like functions, enabling flexibility in utilizing TiKiLa methods across nested arrays.
  • Faster TikTok Selects: Improved efficiency for TikTok selections.
  • Fetch URL and Fetch Integration URL Nodes: Expanded support for CSV and XML.
  • "Uniq" Node Renamed to "Unique": Renamed for clarity and now includes pointer support, allowing the removal of duplicates based on specific object fields.
