How to connect your Facebook Ad Accounts to Kitchn
- Head to the Kitchn Integrations Settings at https://app.kitchnware.io/integrations
- Click on Facebook, then click on the green Connect Button
- On the dialog that opens up, keep the selection “Kitchn App” and enter a personal identifier, this serves as an internal record of who connected which account. A useful thing to enter here is your name.
- You will be redirected to Facebook to grant permission, click the Continue Button there
- Back in Kitchn you will now see your connected account. Click the Edit Button. You will now see all of your account’s ad accounts
- Select the individual ad accounts that you want to expose to Kitchn or check the box to “Permit all accounts”.
Re-connecting your Facebook Ad Accounts
There are various reasons why you may be required to re-connect your Facebook Ad Accounts:
- You get logged out of Facebook due to suspected hacking and Facebook invalidated your connection to any third-party tools like Kitchn.io
- You changed your Facebook user password and Facebook invalidated your connection to any third-party tools like Kitchn.io
- You want to add access to a new Facebook page or IG account that you didn’t share access for earlier
- You want to share new Facebook permissions e.g. to manage comments that have been recently added to the Kitchn.io platform
In order to reconnect you simply head over to https://app.kitchnware.io/integrations/facebook and click on “Disconnect”.
This will remove the entire connection to Facebook. Then you can simply follow the first part of connecting your account above.
